We use a variety of materials, but most importantly, all of our materials are real. All of the gemstones we use are natural (e.g., come from the earth - not a lab) and are precious or semi-precious. We only use solid 14k gold. For the body of our pieces, to string the gemstone beads, we use silk cord.

Using these high-quality materials means that your pieces won’t tarnish (even if you wear them in the shower!) and will always retain their value. With any gemstone, it is important to research proper care as some may be more delicate, more prone to scratching or cracking, or more susceptible to color changes.

Processing and shipping times vary depending on the item and your location. It is important to note that each piece is made-to-order - this means we make each piece individually, by hand, once the order is placed. As such, processing times may be 1-2 weeks. Shipping times will be based on the carrier and shipping address - you can typically find information on delivery times with the specific carrier. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

We aim for fair and reasonable pricing. We want to provide fun fine jewelry - without the markup.

Pricing is based on material and size. Simply put, we believe you should only pay for what you get. A typical pricing structure for most businesses is based on the most expensive variation of an item despite the size or the material. For example, a Cartier LOVE bracelet will cost the same amount no matter what size you purchase, but that amount is based on the largest size. If you are purchasing the largest size, you’re getting a much more fair deal than if you’re purchasing the smallest size - which comes with SIGNIFICANTLY less gold and is worth far less than the largest size. We strive for a much less ridiculous pricing structure!
